Job description

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain operations across our EMEA production facilities. This role oversees planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution—driving efficiency, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop teams in planning, logistics, and warehousing

  • Optimize inventory, service levels, and transportation efficiency

  • Manage and execute improvement projects across the supply chain

  • Enhance reporting, KPIs, and supply chain performance tracking

  • Improve ERP system usage and support digitalization initiatives

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement to meet business goals

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in supply chain or related roles and direct or indirect leadership

  • Strong knowledge of planning, logistics, warehousing, and ERP systems

  • Proven ability to drive cost-effective, high-performing supply chain processes

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Fluent in English; advanced Excel and ERP proficiency
