Project Overview

Harmonize and centralize product specification data across Signode portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Audit: Collate all existing product specification sheets.

  • Data Harmonization: Standardize specification sheets.

  • System Integration: Migrate harmonized data into a centralized, user-friendly repository.

  • Portfolio Completion: Ensure all product groups are represented and included in the final harmonized portfolio.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial.

  • Documentation & Governance: Maintain clear documentation of processes, templates, and data governance standards to support future updates and scalability.

  • Maintenance: Make the process seamless for future adaptations.

Job requirements

Skills Required:
Analytical Microsoft Excel Skills (Intermediate)

Project leadership

Strong communicator at all levels

Problem solving mindset

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Knowledge of supply chainmanufacturing, or product marketing environments is a plus
