
Job description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for Denmark to act as a trusted partner for managers and employees while ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations, including responsibility for payroll input in collaboration with an external provider.
Your Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Danish labor law
Lead full-cycle recruitment and oversee onboarding
Coordinate performance management and annual salary reviews
Support talent development, training, and engagement initiatives
Own payroll input and work closely with the payroll provider to ensure accuracy
Maintain HR documentation, reporting, and support audits
Drive HR projects, process improvements, and change initiatives
Your Profile
Experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law
High integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in fast‑paced or operational environments is a plus
Additional Information
Monthly travel to Aalborg (Ålborg) is required
