Join Our Team as an Equipment Sales Specialist!

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and focus on growing Signode equipment sales within specific, targeted growth industries according to the Bullseye Segment definition. As an Equipment Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring the allocated region meets margin expectations.

  • Be proactive, self-driven, and committed to developing both knowledge and skills

  • Collaborate with sales colleagues, Proposal Engineering, and Key Account teams to maximize sales opportunities

  • Work as an integral part of the Equipment Sales team to deliver commercially responsible sales

  • Develop industry segment application expertise and work cooperatively with internal teams

  • Source leads, convert sales, and maintain customer relationships for Signode equipment portfolio

  • Own sales projects from client identification to project survey in collaboration with colleagues

  • Record all sales activities in CRM system and generate reports as required

  • Achieve market penetration with a focus on the Bullseye Segment definition

  • Contribute to the team’s sales targets achievement in defined markets

  • Deal with client queries and work in line with set processes and frameworks

Job requirements

Job requirements

1. Excellent commercial or technical knowledge, ideally with relevant Bachelor’s degree (key account management, sales)

2. Demonstrable experience of industrial equipment sales, ideally across different countries

3. Proven sales skills with a strategic customer focused approach and the ability to meet growth targets

4. Excellent negotiating skills

5. Professional English writing and speaking skills required. A second European language which fits regional needs would be desirable.

6. Strong written and verbal communication; able to build relationships at all levels

7. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Office 365 tools

8. Frequent travel is a required part of the role
