Job Description: HR Manager

We are seeking an operational HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, organizational development and payroll.

  • Support the development and implement of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies

  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance

  • Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures

  • Manage HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Be responsible for payroll

  • Support change management

·         Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).

·         Minimum 5+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience.

·         Experience in manufacturing, operations, or fast-paced environments preferred and willingness to - incidentally - travel to other Signode
