Job description
After a training period, you are responsible for carrying out installations, repairs, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of hand equipment and semi and fully automatic strapping and wrapping machines machine`s a mainly for customers in Spain, Portugal and Italy.
- Installation, repair of semi- and full automatic industrial packaging machines and tools at customer sites
- You provide support and assistance for technical improvements, changes and troubleshooting at customer’s site
- You provide training and ensure preventive maintenance to avoid mechanical and electrical breaks
- You are proactive and reactive in using the machines correctly
You can also count on practical and administrative support from the back office and technical service with regard to planning, orders, parts, technical advice, etc
Job requirements
- Degree in Electro mechanics, mechanics, electricity, electro technics or similar
- min. 3 year experience in a similar function is an asset
- customer oriented and problem-solving attitude with high sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English
- computer literate (min. MS Office)
- Knowledge of programming a PLC, preferably Siemens, is an advantage
