About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring excellence across APAC. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, build strong talent pipelines, and enhance sourcing strategies, systems, and processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-cycle recruitment for critical and leadership roles across APAC

  • Build and execute sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles

  • Conduct market mapping and proactive candidate engagement

  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor

  • Optimize ATS/CRM systems, tools, and recruitment workflows

  • Use data insights to improve hiring outcomes and workforce planning

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with employer brand

Your Profile

  • 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (sourcing + full-cycle recruiting)

  • Strong sourcing expertise (Boolean search, talent mapping, multi-channel sourcing)

  • Experience recruiting across APAC markets

  • Solid knowledge of ATS/CRM systems and recruitment processes

  • Data-driven, structured, and hands-on approach

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in global, cross-cultural environments
