Your Role

As a Lead Modern Workplace Solutionist, you will guide a cross-country team of IT professionals, driving the implementation and support of modern workplace technologies. You’ll play a key role in shaping a secure, efficient, and user-centric digital environment, leveraging Microsoft Cloud solutions and endpoint management tools to empower our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Modern Workplace Technicians across multiple countries

• Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and align team efforts with business objectives

• Manage local business applications and collaborate with vendors for stability and performance

• Drive the adoption of modern workplace technologies and digital collaboration tools

• Administer client management infrastructure and ensure seamless device operations

• Implement and expand the Modern Workspace Portfolio services

• Collaborate with departments like HR, Finance, and Sales to deliver impactful IT services

• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure business continuity through proactive support

What You Bring

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 10–15 years in IT, including leadership in a modern workplace support environment

• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft 365, Intune, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 (preferred)

• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, endpoint management, and ITSM tools

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and remote support capabilities

• Experience with low/no-code tools like Power Automate or RPA (a plus)

• Fluent in English and Swedish (any other language is a plus)

• Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
