Summary of the Role:

The Market Developer is responsible for expanding coverage in Developing Markets by identifying new business opportunities in

North & West Africa. This role involves identifying fast-growing markets, supporting decisions on the go-to-market approach, and exploring new opportunities by industry or country.

• Increase market coverage in assigned territories by executing structured market-entry and growth actions.

• Provide market intelligence to inform GTM route decisions aligned with customer needs.

• Drive growth plays in segment-specific markets through targeted prospecting and customer engagement.

• Identify and recommend new partners/agents, support onboarding, and maintain a disciplined opportunity funnel.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure feasible offers and consistent customer experience.

Position Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Experience: 5-10 years in Industrial sales, multicounty environment, direct sales, and channel/distributor sales.

• Skills: Strong business acumen, customer relation building, analytical skills, execution discipline, and proficiency in English.

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel more than 80% domestically or internationally.
