
Job description
Main Duties;
Participates in the development of internal company quality policies and supports their implementation.
Performs supervision and control over the quality performance of the overall technological process for the production of the machines.
Performs incoming and outgoing control in cooperation with other departments.
Responsibilities;
Plans activities to ensure the quality of the production, including checklists and forms.
Controls production activity and compliance with quality procedures.
Participates in defining the quality policy and other management systems in the company and related objectives.
Coordinates and leads the development of proposals and the implementation of methods and tools to improve the quality of the production and technological process
Coordinates and directs the control of incoming materials in the enterprise
Monitors the occurrence of complaints in production, as well as the optimality of the corrective and preventive actions taken in relation to them including 8D reports.
Analyzes the reasons for low-quality production and proposes measures to prevent such.
Fulfills all provisions of the company's management that do not conflict with labor legislation.
Complies with all obligations when performing the assigned work, according to Art. 126 of the Labor Code and the Rules for the Internal Labor Rules.
Is familiar with and complies with the rules of the corporate policy of Signode Bulgaria regarding the implementation of the production activity, instructions for safe work, criteria for good service, procedures for effective performance of the activity, etc.
Job requirements
Background
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
Professional experience
Production experience - not less than 1 year.
