About the role

Signode Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a talented Customer Service professional to join our team in Truganina, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. With a focus on building strong relationships, you will play a vital role in contributing to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, via phone, email, and other communication channels

  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently, while providing a positive customer experience

  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

  4. Providing feedback and recommendations to management to improve customer service processes and procedures

  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

  6. Continuously learning and developing your customer service skills to meet the evolving needs of our customers

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively address customer concerns

  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service

  4. Proficient in using customer service software and databases

  5. A team player with a positive, adaptable, and customer-centric attitude

  6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
